He was predeceased by: his parents, Ocie "Bill" Lee and Ludy Parker Ketterman; his sisters, Mary Ketterman, Shirley Sherman and Margaret McDorman; and his son-in-law Steve Paul.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Baker Ketterman; his children, Judy Paul of Fort Valley, VA, Robin Clark (David) of Ashburn, VA, Richard Ketterman (Beth) of Palmer, AK and Bobby Ketterman Jr. (Christy) of Fulks Run, VA; his sister Frances Combs; his grandchildren, Amanda, Jimmy, Casey, Dylan, Kyleigh, Marisa, Jaron, Misty, Brittany of Kristen, Cody and Cheyene; and his great grandchildren, Cason, Christopher, Wyatt, Owen, Addy, Mia, Layla, Sebastian, Hayden, Canaan and Granger.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Antioch Church (23502 Senedo Rd, Woodstock, VA 22664). A memorial service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Antioch Covenant Brethren Church Building Fund, 23502 Senedo Rd, Woodstock, VA 22664.
