He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilbert Fox and Helen Marie Forren Fox; his wife Rhonda L. Fox; his sister Carol A. Fox; his daughter Sharon Kae Fox; and his grandson Heath Nelson.
He is survived by: his children, John Steveadore Fox, II (Alyssa Mallette), Kathy (Norman White), Donna (Shane Carroll) and Samantha (Corbin Osborne); his sisters, Joyce Klingler of Ohio, Sandra (Tom Boardwine) and Debbie Stone of Richmond; and his grandchildren, Saint Steven Fox of Wytheville, Brent, Sarah Rigney of Florida, Dylan White of Wytheville, Brittany, Glen Coats of Fredericksburg and Seth White of Wytheville. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Grubb Funeral Home Chapel (215 S 6th St, Wytheville, VA 24382). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at the West End Cemetery (1825 W Lee Hwy, Wytheville, VA 24382).
