Underwood; his son Chad (Marsha Underwood) of Fancy Gap, VA; his grandsons, Everett Cole Underwood and Cy Holton Underwood; his sisters, Donna "Tiny" (Tony Mabe) and Danna "Teny" Underwood (Stan Massie) of Ivanhoe, VA; his brother-in-law Charles Freeman; and his pet Lauren. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
