He was predeceased by: his parents, Iven D. Caldwell and Norma Smith Caldwell; and his brothers, Raymond Caldwell and Andy Caldwell. He is survived by: his wife Bobbi Caldwell; his children, Adrian R. Franklin, Shawn Austin Franklin and Nicholas A. Franklin; his brothers, Bruce Caldwell (Teresa), Leon Caldwell (Terry), Dail Caldwell and Jason Caldwell; and his sister-in-law Donna Caldwell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel (1035 N Main St, Hillsville, VA 24343). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
