He is survived by: his parents, Arden Bly (Kathy) of Waterbury, CT and Mary Jane Bly of Waterbury, CT; his wife Deborah G. Bond of Barnard; his children, Stephanie of Randolph, Christopher (Julie) of Randolph and Dillon of Portland, OR.; and his siblings, Kevin (Donna) of Boca Raton, FL, Billy (Donna) of Walcott, CT and Laura Hale of Waterbury, CT. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
