Lowry of Barre, Vermont, born in Biddeford, Maine, who passed away on October 12, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Oscar Roussel and Rose Roussel (Cadorette); her son Anthony (Tracey Guignard); her grandchildren, Christian and Thomas of South Portland, Maine; her daughter Sonia (Eric Roberts); her grandchildren, Savona and Camden of Bedford; her children, Noah, Jasmine Lowry of Barre and Bryson Lowry; her grandchild Avery of Burlington; and her sister Lorraine Belanger of Alfred, Maine. She was also cherished by nieces, a nephew and cousins.
