She was predeceased by : her father Robert Forty. She is survived by : her mother Ona Brooks Forty of Barton, Vermont; her sister Connie Whigham (Bill) of South Hadley, Massachusetts; and her niece Tonya Rhae Whigham of Manassas. She is also survived by aunt and several cousins.
