It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlene E Briggs (Bennington, Vermont), born in Hudson, New York, who passed away on May 17, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Allen and Sanford Charles Ketchum; her former husband Henry Higgins; her husband William Rodney Johnson; her sons, Bobby Higgins (Linda) and Michael Johnson; and her daughter-in-law Donna Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Burdick (Walt) of Pownal and Brenda Ruggiero (DeVito) of Myrtle Beach, SC.; and her siblings, Pete, James, Sanford, Betty, Carol, Sue, Sandra and Evon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and many friends.
