He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee M. Lipscomb and Ruby Pearl Lipscomb (Evans); and his siblings, Margaret E. Ostrow, Roy J. Lipscomb, James C. Lipscomb, Robert W. Lipscomb and Hugh L. Lipscomb.
He is survived by: his pet Tyler; his wife Patricia Ann Lipscomb of Bennington; his sons, William C. Lipscomb of Pownal, Jamie Lipscomb of Pownal and Todd M. Lipscomb of Bennington; and his sisters, Betty L. Dalton of Canton, Barbara A. Mayhew of Alexandria and Charlotte Henning of Gaithersburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
