She was predeceased by: her father Alan Blake; and her stepfather Roger Contois. She is survived by: her mother Tina L. Mentiply of Bennington; her children, Mackenzie Mentiply, Kylee Mentiply, Millie Mentiply, Myra Snyder and Odin Saddlemire; and her sisters, Kassandra Mentiply of Pownal, Kari Lynn Parker of Pownal and Gina Rae Mentiply of Cohoes, NY. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
