He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Alfred and Phyllis Jane Holland (Perry); and his sister Denise Holland Glemser. He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Holland of Brattleboro and Leah Holland of Castleton; the mother of his children Laura Lee Ashbrook; his nephew Perry Rush (Janine); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Piper, Harry and Harper of Millsboro, Delaware; his cousins, Beverly Onslow, John Allen, Betsy MacDonald and Douglas Perry; and his friends, Charlie Ells, Bernie Cummins and Steve Bateman.
