She was predeceased by: her parents, William Woods and Minnie Woods (Spicer); and her siblings, Hazel Witecki, Lillian Woods and William Woods.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Mark D. Witecki (David Duerr) of Schenectady, Glenn J. Witecki (Gail Thorpe) of Malta, Robert Knights (Debbie) of Bennington, Vermont, William Woods (Kathy) of Mechanicville, Joseph Woods (Lynn) of Troy, Barbara Comatelli (Joseph) of Stillwater and Madeline Gregg (Gerald) of Johnsonville.
