George Womersley Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George Womersley (Bennington, Vermont), born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on October 19, 2019 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James E. Womersley and Ruth Womersley (Brown); his wife Kit; his daughters, Susan, Constance (Barry) and Cynthia; his grandchildren, Sean (Logan), Vera (Logan) and Austin (Julian); his great grandchildren, Cyrus (McCaw) and Adrian (Logan); and his sisters, Jane and Margaret. He was also cherished by nephew and niece, and friends.
