He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold J. Weaver and Dorothy Weaver (Buck); and his wife Lois Mears. He is survived by: his children, Julie Chandler of Bennington, Bruce Weaver of Bennington, Craig Weaver of Shaftsbury and Tracy Mintrone of Pownal.
