He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Collins and Gertrude Collins (Cummings). He is survived by: his wife Grace Collins of Bennington; his children, Timothy Collins (Julie) of Brooklyn, NY., Mary Habich (George) of Bennington and Denise Johnson (Marc) of Rochester, NY.; his grandchildren, Claire Collins, Jon Habich (Samantha), Jack, Brady and Daniel Johnson; and his great grandchild Wren Habich. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
