He was predeceased by: his parents, James Feeney and Mary Feeney (Malone); and his sisters, Mary and Helen. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly R. Taylor; his son Scott Feeney; and his sister Kathleen Feeney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
