It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laura Bump (Bennington, Vermont), born in Buskirk, New York, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Niles Bartlett and Ida Bartlett; and her grandson Dakota. She is survived by : her children, Robert E. Bump Jr. of Hillsborough, NH, Donna Bump (Dale Kennedy) of Bennington, Vickie Bump of Bennington, Bonnie Bump of Bennington and Ida Bushee of Bennington; her granddaughters, Cheyanne Bushee and Stefanie O'Shea; and her sister Lillian Sweet of Bennington. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 15th 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the E. P. Mahar and Son Funeral Home (628 Main St, Bennington, VT 05201). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 15th 2021 at 12:15 PM at the Hinsdillville Cemetery. A burial was held on Friday, January 15th 2021 at the same location.
