He was predeceased by: his wife Paula Ann Grover; and his parents, Richard Henry Vachon, Sr. and Mary Ruth Vachon (Holden). He is survived by: his close friend Larry Johnson; his daughter Rebecca Ruth Stuter (Vachon); his son-in-law Ronald Stuter of Harpursville, NY; his siblings, Joseph Thomas Vachon (Kathleen) and Pamela Vachon-Duprea; and his brother-in-law Stephen Grover (Sue Ellen). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
