He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Casimir Rogalski and Helen Rogalski (Krawczyk); his wife Penny Ennis-Rogalski; his stepchildren, Matthew DeCell of North Bennington and Monica DeCell of Bennington; his siblings, James Rogalski of Chapel Hill, NC and Laurie Rogalski of Bennington; his siblings-in-law, Jeff Betit of Bridgewater, MA, Cubby Ennis of Sunderland, David Ennis of Sunderland, Clara Harrington of West Rutland, Frances Secoy of Sunderland and Peggy Gulley of Bennington; and his sisters, Joanne and Mary. He was also cherished by three grandsons, three granddaughters, a great grandson.
