He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Howard H. Jacobs and Margaret Jacobs (Keeney); his brother John F. Jacobs; and his sister-in-law Jill Hall. He is survived by: his wife Lee Jacobs (Riddington); his daughters, Tiffany Michalski of Cumberland and Lindsay Snyder of Uxbridge; his sons-in-law, Tom Michalski and Scott Snyder; his grandchildren, Jake, Hannah Michalski, Brooke and Rylee Snyder; his brother Dr. Lee Jacobs (Deb) of Acworth; his siblings-in-law, Sue Jacobs of Quechee and Stan Hall of Sacramento; and his close friend Jeff Videtto. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
