He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Martin Kelly, Sr and Mary McFadden; his wife Debra Hoyt; his son Thomas Kelly; his sister Rosemary Rowen; and his stepson Chad Kelly.
He is survived by: his former wife Helen Morey of Bennington; his children, Jeffrey of Bennington, Ellen of Bennington and Michael Kelly of Bennington; his stepson Shane Squires of Bennington; and his siblings, John Kelly of Providence, RI and Joann Ruggieri of Cransten, RI. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
