Viola Gulley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2020, at the age of 95, Viola Gulley (Bennington, Vermont), born in Shushan, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Allen and Margaret Woodard (Pratt); her husband Robert E. Gulley Sr.; and her granddaughters, Roberta "Bird" Gulley and Tammy Baker.
She is survived by: her children, Margaret Doucette of Bennington, Robert E. Gulley Jr. (Peg) of Bennington, James A. Gulley (Carolee) of Bennington, Sheila Becker (Ralph) of Bennington, Sue Greene (Gale) of Shaftsbury, Allen Gulley and Lisa of Margate, Florida.; her brothers, William, Raymond Allen, Daniel and Buster Gates; her foster brother Harry Porter; her sisters, Hazel Gates, Ruth Zelinskis, Charlotte Harrington, Virginia Bourn and Shirley Mears; her sons-in-law, Robert F. Sherman Sr. and Lawrence Doucette; and her sisters-in-law, Kay and Ruth Allen. She is also survived by Fifteen grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
