It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wilfred Labonte (Bennington, Vermont), born in North Adams, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 25, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Telesphore LaBonte and Viola LaBonte (Perras). He is survived by: his wife Eleanor M. DuBois; his children, Steven LaBonte, Marie Baker of Bennington and Andrew LaBonte (Wendy) of Milford; and his brother-in-law Rene DuBois of Prospect. He is also survived by seven grandsons and one granddaughter, as well as eight great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the VNA and Hospice of Southwestern Vermont or to the Second Chance Animal Shelter, through the Mahar and Son Funeral Home in Bennington, Vermont.
