He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Joly and Ruth Joly (Vien). He is survived by: his wife Wendy Joly of Shaftsbury; his children, William Joly of Arlington, Richie Joly (Sara) of Jamestown, NY, Willard Morse of Bennington, Michael of Shaftsbury, Jordan Brown of Shaftsbury, Deigan Morse of Shaftsbury, Frank Ruggles of Shaftsbury, Trish Raetz (Chad) of Terryville, CT, Kathleen Niles (James) of Bennington and Karrianna Joly of Shaftsbury; his grandchildren, Millard, Tyler, Lindsey, Ciarra, John, Brandon, Peyton, Cole, Alyssa and William; and his former wife Denise Wells of Petersburgh, NY. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
