With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary L. Kazak (Burlington, Vermont), born in Springfield, Vermont, who passed away on April 8, 2018 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Thomas and John. She is survived by: her parents, Frank Rizzi and Marie Rizzi (Vasco); her spouse Constanti "Connie" Kazak; her children, Thomas of Michael and Cynthia; and her siblings, Frank of Caroline and Theresa. She is also survived by two grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
