It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theodore Garback (Burlington, Vermont), born in Montpelier, Vermont, who passed away on April 2, 2018, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Helen Marie McAllister; and his children, Steven N. Garback (Patricia) of Pony and Sheila G. Clairmont (Stephen) of South Burlington.
