He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne W. Sprague and Deborah A. Sprague (Dorton); and his grandmother Betty Sprague. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Sprague; his daughters, Katya Sprague of Chelsea and Marina Sprague of Chelsea; and his sister April Bushey (Sprague). He is also survived by three half-sisters.
