He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Parker and Marian Hibbard Parker; and his sister Louise Parker. He is survived by: his children, Rodney Parker of Helena, AL, Kelly Welch of West Fairlee, VT, Theresa Powell of Texas and Tammy Osmer of Texas; and his sister Doris Parker of Sebastopol, CA.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.
