He was predeceased by: his grandmother Sheila Kay Russo; and his stepgrandfather Rene Marcoux. He is survived by: his parents, Stephen E. Ramsey (Francine) of North Ferrisburgh and Katrina Russo (Whip) of Duxbury; his siblings, Eleanor Ramsey of Redlands, CA, Charlotte Burks of Duxbury and William Burks III of Duxbury; his grandparents, Vincent Russo of Newbury, MA, Paul and Lynne Ramsey of Hanover, ME; and his stepgrandparents, Bill, Judy Burks of Princeton, NJ and Monique Marcoux of Hyde Park. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and many cousins.
