He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edith Butler and Thomas Butler; his wife Sally; his daughter Jackie; his sons-in-law, Ed (Jennifer) and Matt (Aileen); his grandchildren, Olivia, Ava, Madisen, Malachi, Peyton, Morgan, Greta, Mathias and Madelyn; and his siblings, Betty, Bea, Mary, Peanut, Jeanie, Tommy and Billy. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, Johnny preferred that donations to the church be made in his honor.
