He is survived by : his father Louis Carter; his wife Nancy; his children, Chasity (Clint Mihill) and Jamie; his brother Richard Carter (Lynda); his siblings-in-law, Kathy Eastman (Randy) and David Ghelli; his niece Anna; his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Clay, Mackenzie, Olivia and Jackson; his great grandchildren, Jude and Jaime Lynn; his friends, Ruth and Dean Sweeney; and also, Tammy and Tracey.
