He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle C. Jensen Sr. and Lorraine H. Jensen (Deschene); and his brother Lyle C. Jensen Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Katz Skilled Nursing, Heather Monti (Keith Monti) and Michael Jensen; his niece Jennifer Jensen Fox; his grandchildren, Dylan, Myriah and Savannah Monti; his aunt Theresa Jensen; his uncles, John Jensen and Robert Walker; and his cousins, Melanie Equi, Hans Jensen and Mark Jensen.

Donations in his memory may be made on behalf of the wonderful and caring staff at Baker-Katz.
