He is survived by: his wife Elaine Ann Ratta of Essex Junction; his children, Howard Kirby Jr., Kathy (Jeffrey Brown) and Susan (Stephen Moreau); his grandchildren, Lucas (Angi), Jocelyn (Justin Lamb), Joshua Brown (Kelly Kayhart) and Corey Brown; and his great grandchildren, McKenna, Mason, Millie Kirby, Kashton Lamb and Isla Kayhart-Brown.
