He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Owen and Florence Theresa Cardinal Campbell. He is survived by: his spouse Julie Magnant of Barre, VT.; his mother-in-law Aline Magnant of St. Albans; his brothers-in-law, Laurence Magnant (Denise) of St. Albans, Dale Magnant of Jericho and Philip Magnant (Kristine) of South Burlington; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda, Corinna, Gwen, Nicholas, Patrick and Alysha.
