We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2020, at the age of 73, Mary R. Newton (Graniteville, Vermont), born in Barre, Vermont passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary R. Newton to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Francis Putney and Annette Putney (Conti); her husband Robert Newton; and her grandson James Newton. She is survived by : her children, Robert R. Putney of Berlin, Annette M. Newton of Barre, Sandy Mae E. Newton of Barre and John F. Newton of Graniteville; and her brothers, Robert Putney (Amber) of Graniteville and Richard Putney (Luana) of Williamstown. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Central Vermont Home Health and Hospice, 600 Granger Road, Barre, VT 05641.
