With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Catherine P. McKenney (Hartford, Vermont), born in Newport, Vermont, who passed away on December 8, 2020 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Catherine P. McKenney to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Lloyd Whittier and Addie Whittier (Meigs); her husband Edwin McKenney; her son Edwin J. McKenney, Jr.; her brothers, Norman Whittier (Lucinda) and Garth Whittier; and her son-in-law Jerry Bachelder.
She is survived by : her children, Nancy Bachelder, Gary McKenney (Karleen), Ann Vella (Peter) of Ascutney and Douglas McKenney (Kerry) of Hartford; her grandchildren, Jeremy Bachelder (Sheila), Jennifer Driscoll (Peter), Gregory McKenney (Alison), Jill McKenney, Peter Vella, Brandon Vella and Melissa Vella; her great grandchildren, Cathryn Bachelder, Daniel Bachelder, Lauren Driscol and Lillian McKenney; and her sister Shirley Holt. She is also survived by brother and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
All are welcome to attend, however capacity is limited and all other COVID-19 guidelines will be followed.
