He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert D. Kilburn and Florence Kilburn (Root); his sons, Robert and Douglas Kilburn; and his siblings, Ronald Kilburn, Norman Kilburn, Winston Kilburn, Roger Kilburn and Valetta Leduc.

He is survived by : his wife Betty Ann Bascom; his daughter Lisa Webber; his siblings, Albert Kilburn, Louis Kilburn, Bruce Kilburn and Gail Kilburn; and his grandchildren, Kasey, Trever Kilburn, Errin Jensen, Jayson Webber, Christopher Webber and Kallie Webber.
