He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Goodwin and Hazel Goodwin (Amidon); his son Edward Donald Goodwin, II; and his brothers, David and Russell Goodwin.
He is survived by: his wife Pauline Goodwin (Pierce) of West Burke, VT; his son Jason Goodwin (Kristy); his grandchildren, Kylie Goodwin, Derek, Lindsay Holbrook of Waterford, VT and Donald Goodwin (Jami Willey); his great grandchildren, Haylee, Hannah and Harper of West Burke; his daughter-in-law Heather Goodwin; his grandchildren, Bethany, Gabrielle Goodwin and Wayne Wesner of Lyndonville, VT; and his sisters, Sharon Goodwin of Sutton, VT and Sandra Stone (Gordon) of Sutton, VT. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
