With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Amelia I. Poquette (Milton, Vermont), who passed away on March 10, 2019. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis and Irene Baker (Belegarde); and her siblings, Agatha Deegan, Claude Baker, John Baker and James Baker.

She is survived by: her husband Wayne; her daughter Teresa Marie; her grandson Joel Wright; her close friend Esther Bruckel (Dennis); her siblings, Jeannine Dubuque, June Gendron (Armand), Jeannette Baker and Henry Baker (Alice); and her niece Lynda Neil (Gary). She is also survived by brother and sister in-laws, cousins.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the South Hero Cemetery or Catholic TV Mass, c/o Bishop Reed, PO Box 9196, Watertown, MA 02174, Xfinity/Comcast Channel#166 or for Masses to Our Lady of the Lake Parish, St. Rose of Lima, South Hero, VT.
