He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Ora Wires and Dorene Lavonne Wires (Sears); his sister Marsha; and his stepfather Henry Curtis. He is survived by: his son Jordan Wires of Essex; and his siblings, Dick Wires (Carol) of Columbus and Bobbie Couron (Jim) of Drasco, Arkansas..

In lieu of flowers, Dave would be honored to have donations made to the Milton Youth Hockey Association, a group he thoroughly enjoyed working with.
