He is survived by: his parents, Lynn Jarvis and Margaret Jarvis (Vance); his children, Carl White (Arlene) of Winooski, David White of Barre, Lori Buckbee (Brian) of Colchester and Jennifer Jarvis of Milton; his sister Cathy Gokey of Berlin; his grandchildren, Heather, April, Ashley, Ryan, Matthew, David, Francis III and Mercedes; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Keegan, Cameron, Daniel and Seth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
