He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Costello and Harriett Costello (King); his grandson Henry James Costello; his great grandchild Raina Rae Stewart; his siblings, Irving Costello (Buck), Dorothy Fisher (Snooki), Cecile White (Pumpkin), Betty Bascom and Mary Wood; his sister-in-law Patricia Sawyer; and also, Ogle and Delma Sawyer.
He is survived by: his spouse Delma Costello of Milton; his children, Wayne Costello (Mary) of Milton, Wade Costello (Cindy) of Milton, William Costello of Milton, Wendy Hamlin (David) of Georgia and Warren Costello (Angel) of Bristol; his grandchildren, Colby, Elizabeth, Amanda, Steve, Wade II, David, Travis, Brent, Marky, Sara, Mickey, Jason, Sydney, Chris, Dylan, Karleigh and Nicole; his great grandchildren, Dominic, William, Benjamin, Aria, Addison, Aiden, Brianna, Noah and Layla; and his sister Beverly Helton of St. Albans. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
