It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Alan Rooks of Milton, Vermont, who passed away on November 22, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father John Rooks. He is survived by : his mother Janet Rooks (Backus) of Franklin, CT.; his wife Sherry West of Milton; his sisters, Debbie McKenzie of Connecticut and Diana Rooks of Connecticut; his stepchildren, Christie Mitchell (Brian Ward) of Highgate, Gary L. West (Jessica) of Essex, Marcy Stefaniak (Eric) of Franklin and Lindsay Ladd (Stephen) of Franklin; and his stepgrandchildren, Kimberly, David, Connor, Haley, Ethan, Jayden, Jeffory and Jaxson.
