It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pete Gay of Milton, Vermont, born in Rockland, Maine, who passed away on March 7, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvary Gay and Dorathea Gay; his daughter-in-law Wendy Howard; and his brother-in-law Richard Feyler. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Milton Gay; his grandchildren, Joel Gay (Debbie), Cory, Amber of Warren, ME, Michael Gay (Pam), Michelle, Melissa, Evan, Eliza of Warren, ME, Benjamin Gay (Sheila) of North Bend, WA, Pete Gay Jr. (Kelly), Lance, Austin, Jessica of Georgia and David Howard; and his siblings, William "Bill" Gay of Owl's Head, ME, Betsy Feyler of Thomaston, ME and Susan Greenhalgh of Old Mystic, CT.. He is also survived by his 7 sons.
The family will not be holding services due to the restrictions with COVID-19 and will have a celebration of life during the summer.
