He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Heath (McCormick); and his mother-in-law Joan Penrod. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Penrod; his children, Michael Rich of Milton, Harley Heath of Phoenix, AZ and Thomas Heath (Emilee Odendahl) of Milton; his father Thomas E. Heath of Milton; and his siblings, Wendy Durochie (Ron) of Hinesburg, Jill Heath of Milton, Randy Heath (Tammy) of Milton, Michael Heath (Kathy) of Milton and Vikki Heath of Milton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
