He was predeceased by: his parent Stefen Wantuch. He is survived by: his parent Anna Wantuch (Rembowski); his sons, Michael B. Wantuch of Sandy Springs, GA and David S. Wantuch of Stamford, CT; his significant other Marlene Maxfield of Newbury, VT; and his cousin Debra Boyle.
