Anita Jean (Reed) Gariepy Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anita Jean (Reed) Gariepy of Newport, Vermont, who passed away on March 2, 2024 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Lyell Reed of Coventry, Vermont.; and her siblings, Harley Bickford, Enid Reed and Vivian Brown. She is survived by: her mother Mae Reed; her siblings, Shirley Bickford Perry (David), Helen Bickford Lugano, Wendy Reed Ng (Jimmy), Jean Shepard and Lyell Reed (Jose); and her sons, Ethan Gariepy (Mariah), Isaac Gariepy and Aidan Gariepy (Emma). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made in Anita's memory to either the Kingdom Games (PO Box 310, Newport, VT 05855) or the Pope Memorial Animal Shelter (243 Woods Farm Road, Newport, VT 05855).
