It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Corrie Barrett of Newport, Vermont, who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances P. Campbell and Edmund C. Hughes; her husband Leo Barrett Jr.; her stepparents, Dr. Rhea Richardson and Eunice Hughes; her brother-in-law Russell Landolt; and her grandmother Laura Smith Campbell.
She is survived by: her siblings, Edmund Jackson Hughes of North Carolina, Lee Ann Finger of North Carolina and Rhea Ridgely Richardson of Tennessee; her sister-in-law Jean Landolt of Maine; her siblings' children, Elizabeth "Lisa" Anne Cope (Joel) of Island Pond, VT and James William Landolt of Madison, VA; her stepson Jonathan Barrett (Grace) of Delaware; and her stepgranddaughters, Audrey and Natalie. She is also survived by numerous grandnieces and grandnephews, and many friends.
