He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Pecue (Greg) of Derby; his son Scott Orvis of Durham; his grandchildren, Taylor Pecue (Haley), Emily Pecue, Benjamin Pecue and Claire Orvis; and his brothers, Dickerman Orvis, James Orvis and Joseph Orvis.
