He is survived by: his son Phillip Poutre Jr.; his grandchildren, Jordan Poutre, Fiancé Shelby Blake and Dylan Poutre; his great grandchild Aliyah; his siblings, Fred (Pat), Dennis (Carol), Andre (Gail) and Evelyn Guillette (Gary); and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Poutre, Paullette Poutre, Heidi Royer, Bev Hall (Ken), Theresa Perrault (Bruno), Maryanne Royer (Roy Barry) and Ken Royer (Claire). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
